摘要:跨国经营是中国企业参与经济全球化的必然趋势。由于中国的跨国公司尚属年轻,在向海外投资扩张和开发海外市场中,需要在实践和总结自身经验的基础上,学习和运用发达国家跨国公司成功的经验和国际通行的游戏规则,因此,从中国国情与企业发展需要出发,创新中国企业跨国经营的战略管理模式,实施科学的、有竞争力的选择、目标、管理和环境战略,对提高企业核心竞争力,培育国际一流的中国跨国公司尤为重要。本文试图通过研究,探讨中国企业跨国经营的战略管理新模式,推动中国企业跨国发展战略和相关公共政策的制定。
It is the inexorable trend that Chinese enterprises operate in transnation in the economic globalization. In expanding the overseas market and developing overseas investment, developing Chinese multinationals need to innovate its strategic management mode of trans-national operation that accord with Chinese feature and enterprise conditions by studying and using the successful experiences of developed country's multinatioanl and the common game rule obeyed internationally as well as summarizing one's own experience in practice. So it is significant for Chines multinational to implement the scientific , competitive strategies of choice , goal , management and environmental so as to improve enterprise's key competitiveness compentency and become the world first-class Chinese multinational. This paper attempts to discuss the new mode of strategic management of Chinese enterprise in trans-national operating and the way of how to promote the formulation of transnational development strategy of Chinese multinational and relevant public policy for Chinese enterprise.
